Alpha Hype Truck ("Alpha Hype Truck," "we," "us") provides marketing and lead response services for trucking industry businesses. This policy explains what information we collect through alphahypetruck.com, our forms, our AI representative and our messages, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Information you give us: your name, company name, email address, phone number, and anything you tell us in a form, chat, call or booking.
- Conversations with our AI representative: text or voice conversations on our website may be recorded and transcribed so we can follow up on your request and improve our service.
- Automatic information: basic technical data such as browser type, pages visited and referring site, collected through cookies and similar tools.
How we use your information
- To respond to your request, schedule and confirm appointments, and deliver the services you ask about.
- To send you emails and, if you opt in, text messages about your request and appointments.
- To run, secure and improve our website and services.
- To meet legal obligations.
Text messaging (SMS)
If you opt in to text messages, we use your mobile number only to send the messages you agreed to receive, such as replies to your inquiry, appointment confirmations and reminders, and follow-up about your request.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with, sold to, or rented to any third party. This excludes only the service providers that help us deliver messages (for example, our messaging platform and phone carriers), who may use the information solely to provide that service.

How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run our business (such as our CRM, scheduling, email, messaging, AI voice and hosting providers), under obligations to protect it; when required by law; or as part of a business transfer such as a merger. The SMS section above limits how mobile information is shared.
How long we keep it
We keep information for as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as required by law, and then delete or anonymize it.
Your choices
- Unsubscribe from emails with the link in any email.
- Stop text messages by replying STOP.
- Ask us to access, correct or delete your information by emailing us. California residents may have additional rights under the CCPA, and we will honor verified requests.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Children
Our services are for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
We may update this policy. The effective date above shows when it last changed.
