These terms apply to your use of alphahypetruck.com, our forms, our AI representative and our messages, offered by Alpha Hype Truck ("Alpha Hype Truck," "we," "us"). By using them, you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18 years old to use our website, forms and messaging services.
Our website and services
Content on this website is for general information about our services. Any examples, scenarios or figures are illustrative and are not a promise of specific results. Paid services are governed by a separate written agreement.
AI representative
Our website offers an AI representative that can answer questions by voice or text. It is an automated assistant, not a person, and it may make mistakes. Conversations may be recorded and transcribed. Don't share sensitive personal or financial information in the chat.
SMS Program Terms
- Program: Alpha Hype Truck text messages about your inquiry, Lead Leakage Audit requests, appointment confirmations and reminders, and related follow-up.
- Age requirement: you must be at least 18 years old to opt in to text messages. By opting in, you confirm you are 18 or older.
- Opting in: you opt in by checking the optional SMS consent box on one of our website forms. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or service.
